PRICE
Our selling prices are indicated inclusive of tax, and shipping costs included for France.
The products we sell remain the ownership of Spianato until the total receipt of payment.
Product prices are fixed by Spianato and can be changed at any time without prior notice. However products will be invoiced on the basis of prices in force at the date the order was recorded subject to their availability.
TRANSPORT COSTS
Participation for shipping costs is inclusive of tax.
If you are a buyer resident abroad, the price of your purchase is equal to the price inclusive of tax on the invoice.
Moreover, concerning orders originating from overseas, with the exception of EEC countries, possible taxes can be invoiced upon arrival of the products and will remain at your charge (custom taxes, import taxes, local VAT).
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you order a product, after having given information needed for the sending of your order, you fully agree to this order and thus the integrality of the present sales policy.
AVAILABILITY
Our product offers concern exclusively those which are presented on our website and while stocks last.
PAYMENT
Your payment of your purchase is carried out by a Paypal account or credit card for an Internet purchase. This type of payment is secure.
It is also possible to pay by cheque if you contact us by phone. In this case, the product won't be sent until the cheque is received and its amount corresponds to the price inclusive of vat, transport costs and tax.
RETURN OF GOODS
You have seven days from the date of reception of your product to return it to us in its original packaging. We recommend you make your returns by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt.
Spianato can not be held responsible for lost parcels.
Only products unopened can be returned (except those damaged).
All products returned opened and in full working order will then be returned to you in this state at your expense.
RISK TRANSFER
The risk transfer on the products takes place from the moment of dispatch from the saler's warehouses. Accordingly goods travel at the buyer's own risk and in the case of problems, or of lost or missing products it is his responsibility to take all appropriate measures and to lodge all appeals with the transporters responsible.
